deelan Update: Podcasts, Use Cases, and Smarter Roleplays

Deelan keeps getting better. We’re sharing our latest update with new podcasts, use cases, smarter roleplays, and a faster way to build personalized training programs.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been rebuilding some of the biggest parts of Deelan. Real changes in how you create training, how your team learns, and how quickly you can go from an idea to a complete program.

There are three big things in this release:

  • Podcasts as a new training format

  • Use Cases to create full programs in minutes

  • Smarter roleplays with more natural voices and accents

There Are Now 8 Ways to Create Training

Until now, you could create courses, workshops, programs, microlearning, roleplays, assessments, and templates in Deelan.

Now there are eight.

Podcasts Are Here

Some people learn while driving to work. Some catch up between meetings. Some remember things better when they hear them instead of reading them.

You can now generate podcast-style training sessions directly in Deelan.

They use natural AI voices, real scenarios, and a more conversational format. Instead of turning everything into another slide deck or long course, you can create something people actually want to listen to.

Podcasts work especially well for:

  • onboarding and product knowledge

  • customer stories and real scenarios

  • objection handling and sales conversations

  • quick refreshers before calls or meetings

  • reinforcing key ideas after a course or workshop

You can start with the same materials you already have. Upload a document, a sales deck, call notes, recordings, or even a short prompt.

For example:

“Create a 15-minute podcast for new SDRs about how to handle pricing objections.”

Deelan turns that into an audio session your team can listen to right away.

Use Cases: Start With the Scenario, Not a Blank Page.

Instead of starting from an empty page, you now start with a real scenario.

Pick a use case, answer a few questions, upload any files you already have, and Deelan creates the whole program for you.

Courses, roleplays, assessments, milestones, progression. All connected into one path.

Right now, there are three use cases available.

New Hire Onboarding

You choose the role, upload any onboarding materials, and Deelan builds a three-part program around:

  • the company

  • the department

  • the individual role

For example, you can create onboarding for a Sales Executive in a few minutes.

The whole thing is personalized to the person’s role, experience, and learning style.

Compliance Training

The new Compliance Training use case creates a structured seven-module program covering topics like:

  • code of conduct

  • anti-bribery

  • harassment

  • workplace safety

  • data security

  • fraud

  • DEI

Leadership Development

This use case creates a three-part program focused on:

  • Leading Self

  • Leading the Team

  • Leading the Business

It adapts based on the person’s level of experience, the challenges they face, and the kind of team they manage.

Smarter Roleplays and More Natural Accents

Roleplays are one of the most-used parts of Deelan, so we spent a lot of time improving them.

The AI roleplay agent now handles more complex conversations much better.

It can move through multi-step scenarios, react to unexpected answers, and handle edge cases without feeling scripted.

We also added more localized accents and more natural voices.

What We’re Building Next

This release is only the beginning.

We are already working on:

  • more use cases and industry-specific templates

  • deeper personalization based on role and skill gaps

  • new ways to build training from prompts and existing files

The new podcasts, use cases, and smarter roleplays are already live.
